Empower Health & Hormones seeks to provide the highest level of personalized care and therefore has elected to not participate with commercial insurance plans. This gives us the opportunity to spend more time with you, get you scheduled and seen quickly, while providing the most thorough and comprehensive care.
Our office works on a sliding scale, cash-pay model which enables us to provide personalized, high-quality care without the constraints of insurance requirements. This approach allows us to focus on your health, offering transparent fees that are often more affordable than what you might pay through insurance.

For labs or additional tests, you have the flexibility to have them billed to insurance if desired.

Establish Care
$150-$250 | 60 minutes
This extended visit provides an opportunity for us to get to know one another and understand your goals. Whether your focus is on peri/menopause, reproductive health, gender-affirming care, hormones, or other concerns, this session is designed to address your unique needs and priorities.
Follow-up Visits
$75-$150 | 20-30 minutes
These visits are tailored to review your progress, adjust your care plan as needed, and address any ongoing or new concerns. Whether it’s monitoring hormones, refining treatment for peri/menopause, reproductive health, or gender-affirming care, follow-ups ensure your care evolves with your needs.
Asynchronous Visits
$30-$60
An asynchronous visit is a secure, online visit that does not require a scheduled appointment or a live phone/video call. Instead, you complete a questionnaire through our patient portal at a time that works for you. We then reviews your responses and send back a personalized message with recommendations, prescription updates, or next steps, typically within 1–2 business days. We currently offer these types of visits for birth control or emergency contraception, as well as straight forward follow up visits for HRT and GLP-1s, with more offerings to come.
